I. WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA?
The term refers to any data that can be expressed in any format and is related to an identified or identifiable natural person. Examples of this type of data include but are not limited to: I general information like full name, work and/or home address, fixed and mobile telephones, fiscal address, Federal Taxpayers Registry (RFC), Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), electronic mail address (e-mail), occupation, and personal references; (ii) patrimonial and/or financial information like bank account information and Interbank Code number, bank references. The information will be referred to as “Personal Data” from now on.It is information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person, expressed in numerical, alphabetical, graphic, photographic, acoustic or any other form, which may include but is not limited to: (i) general data such as full name, work and/or home address, fixed and mobile telephones, fiscal address, Federal Taxpayers Registry (RFC), Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), electronic mail address (e-mail), occupation, personal references; (ii) data of a patrimonial and/or financial nature such as bank account data and Interbank Code number, bank references. Hereinafter, the data will be referred to as “Personal Data”.
PiSA may obtain and retain copies of your official photo ID, bank statement, interbank account number, proof of address, and RFC card for the purposes listed below. Your Personal Data will also be protected by the appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures.For the purposes indicated below, PiSA may request and keep copies of your official photo identification, your bank statement, interbank account number, proof of address, and RFC card, which will also be safeguarded with the necessary technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your Personal Data.
II. WHAT DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR?
PiSA will gather the personal information you voluntarily and freely give, only and only for the following uses: (a) identification; (b) assessment, quotation, and, in this case, contracting of goods and/or services; (c) registrations, changes, and/or cancellations of our membership programs and supplier registry; (d) payments; and (e) development of retention certificates. (f) personal communication for the aforementioned reasons, whether by phone or email; (g) statistics; and (h) generally for the fulfillment of legal and contractual responsibilities, including, in this case, administrative, judicial, or other processes involving the holder of the Personal Data.PiSA will collect the Personal Data that you freely and voluntarily provide, solely and exclusively for purposes of (a) identification, (b) evaluation, quotation, and in its case contracting of goods and/or services, (c) registrations, modifications and/or cancellations of our registry of suppliers and membership programs, (d) payments, (e) elaboration of retention certificates (f) contact in a personal way, via telephone or through email for the aforementioned purposes (g) statistics and (h) in general for the compliance of contractual and legal obligations and in its case, for administrative, judicial or any other processes involving the holder of the Personal Data.
It is crucial that you remember that without your Personal Data, we would be unable to fulfill the reasons for which they are necessary and, in that scenario, we would not be held accountable for the successful accomplishment of those aims.It is important that you keep in mind that if we do not have your Personal Data, we would not be able to carry out the purposes for which they are required and, in such case, we would not have any responsibility for the proper achievement of the same.
Following the completion of the processing of Personal Data, the data will be frozen for the exclusive purpose of identifying any liabilities arising from its processing, up until the contractually or legally mandated statute of limitations period. The Personal Data will be deleted from the associated Database when this time has passed and may not be processed during that time.Once the purpose of the processing of Personal Data is fulfilled, the Personal Data will be blocked for the sole purpose of determining possible liabilities in relation to its processing, until the legal or contractual statute of limitations period. During such period, the Personal Data may not be subject to processing, and once this period has elapsed, they will be canceled in the corresponding Database.
III. HOW DO WE COLLECT PERSONAL DATA?
All legal requirements, including those regarding legality, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility, are followed when collecting personal data.The collection of Personal Data is carried out in compliance with all the principles established by the Law, such as legality, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility.
The owner will be approached directly to get the Personal Data, either in person or by means of optical, sonorous, or visual methods, or by any other legally approved technology, such as quotations, web pages, emails, or service proposals.The Personal Data will be collected directly from the owner in person or through optical, sonorous, visual means, or by any other legally permitted technology, including e-mails, web page, service proposals, quotations, among others.
Furthermore, in order to verify and confer with you regarding the accuracy and truthfulness of the Personal Data you submit to us, we may also access information from other legally-permitted sources, including phone directories, personal or business references, public databases of any public or private organization or agency, and others.In addition, for verification and consultation purposes, as well as corroboration of the truthfulness and accuracy of the Personal Data you provide us, we may obtain information from other sources permitted by law, such as telephone directories, references from other companies or individuals, public databases of any public or private entity or agency, among others.
IV. WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Your Personal Data may only be transferred by PiSA to its subsidiaries and affiliates in order to fulfill its administrative procedures for supplier registration, payments, withholding taxes, contract preparation, statistics, and control. If needed by the appropriate authority or to comply with the law, PiSA may divulge or grant access to the Personal Data you submit to us. We will never, ever promote, sell, or rent your personal information to a third party without first getting your consent permission.PiSA may transfer your Personal Data only to its subsidiaries and affiliates for the purpose of complying with its administrative processes of registration of suppliers, payments, withholding taxes, preparation of agreements, contracts, statistics, and control. PiSA may disclose or allow access to the Personal Data you provide to us, to comply with applicable law or as required by the competent authority. In no event will we market, sell, or rent personal information about you to a third party without your prior consent.
We may assemble and store the Personal Data you give us in a database that is solely held by PiSA.The Personal Data you provide to us may be compiled and stored in a database owned exclusively by PiSA.
We recognize that, by explicitly indicating that there is no objection to the transfer, you have granted permission for us to use the methods we have made available to you under the provisions of this Notice in order to transmit your Personal Data.We understand that you have given your consent to the transfer of your Personal Data, having expressly stated that there is no opposition to their transfer, through the means that we have made available and made known to you in terms of this Notice.
V. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Unless this Privacy Notice is amended, personal data will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and won’t be used for anything else the purposes listed above.
PiSA has the administrative, technical, and physical safeguards in place to protect your personal information from loss, damage, alteration, destruction, use, access, or unauthorized processing. We demand that our suppliers and service providers, including those that are PiSA subsidiaries or affiliates, take similar precautions.
VI. WHO IS THE PERSON IN CHARGE OR AREA RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA?

VII. HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION OR OPPOSITION, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE LAW?
You may exercise your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and/or opposition) by contacting the Privacy Officer directly via email: privacidad@pisa.com.mx.. The ARCO request may be made through the application form that you will find on the PiSA website www.pisa.com.mx, , or in writing which must contain at least: (i) name and address of the holder or other means to communicate the response to your request (ii) documents proving your identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the holder (iii) clear and precise description of the Personal Data in respect of which it seeks to exercise any of the rights (iv) any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data, as well as any other document required by law at the time of submission of the request.

VIII. WHEN CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS ARC?
As of January 6, 2012, you may file a request to exercise your ARCO rights in accordance with the Law and the Regulations. You have 15 days from the date PiSA, acting through the Privacy Officer, responds to your request, or you have the option to initiate the ARCO rights protection procedure before the Federal Institute of Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data if PiSA does not respond to your request within the time frame specified by the Law (IFAI).
IX. HOW CAN YOU REVOKE YOUR CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA?
You have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data at any time. To do so, send a written notice to the Privacy Officer using the email address or courier address listed in section VI of this Notice.
If applicable, we will notify you of the request’s origin within a maximum of 15 business days. If not, the change will take effect within 15 business days of the date the response is sent to the email address you have provided to us for this purpose.
X. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE:
This Privacy Notice is subject to change at any moment, at our discretion. You may choose to receive notifications via any of the following channels in the event that this Privacy Notice changes: (i) visible announcements in our establishments (wall newspaper); (ii) Personnel Services modules, (iii) PiSA’s website www.pisa.com.mx, , (iv) via email or at the registered address you provide us. We will not be liable if you do not receive notice of a change to this Privacy Notice if there is a problem with your email account, data transmission over the Internet, or for any reason not attributable to PiSA. XI. OTHER APPLICABLE REGULATIONS:
Different standards for the protection of information in general and personal data gathered over the Internet or any other methods may be imposed by laws and regulations in other countries. All subjects pertaining to this Notice are regulated by Mexican law, and PiSA is based in Mexico. If you contact us while visiting from outside of Mexico, please be aware that any information you send will be transmitted to Mexico; by sending us your information, you agree to this transfer and accept the terms of this privacy notice.
